Good post Michael:) Been thinking quite a lot about this recently - Jesus is concerned about the heart and we end up being concerned about creating our image from the outside. We end up relying on our actions all over again, rather than Jesus' amazing and all covering grace. I don't really appreciate how amazing Jesus really is!

Yes I absolutely love this. I was preaching at browning avenue on sunday and used this at the end - which had the added benefit that I knew even if I'd said a load of rubbish beforehand at least it would finish well!
